Changes happen all the time. There are new versions of operating systems, document management and archiving systems, new hardware and new types of file formats. For official archives, new requirements for electronic archiving also arrive.
Techsoft is always aware of the development and stays in front, constantly working to adapt our software to all the changes happening in software and hardware. Our focus is to provide solutions fast and to listen to our customers about functional requirements. This means that our software is continously developing and we release several software updates each year.
When you order software from us and include a maintenance contract, you are given free access to download all these new updates from our webserver. The maintenance contract also gives you full user support via phone or e-mail, directly through our consults.
